Preparing a 180-second Thesis Presentation in English for Doctoral Students

At the end of the workshop, the participants should be capable of presenting their research concisely, effectively, enthusiastically and successfully to a non-specialist academic audience.

Methods
Participants will be filmed during their presentations and the film will be used for giving constructive feedback. They should bring their laptop for slide preparation.

This module is intended for PhD students of all disciplines. Preferably, participants should have advanced sufficiently in their research to be able to describe the motivation, questions and goals of their doctoral thesis.
